As part of CSR initiative, on 07th March 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between NTPC Dadri and Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) to provide 03-month long residential training to youth residing in the project affected villages of NTPC Dadri in order to enhance their skill set and ensure the generation of a culture of employment and financial independency and sustenance.

The skill development program will provide training in three specific trades namely Site Accountant and Office Assistant, General Work Supervisor and Electrician.

On this occasion, the MOU was signed between Shri. Wilson Abraham, AGM (HR) from NTPC Dadri and Shri Rajeev Jain, Director CIDC. Further, Shri Ritesh Bhardwaj, DGM (HR), Ms. Nidhi Mehra, Executive (CSR) and Mrs. Garima Tyagi, Manager, CIDC were also present. This collaboration marks a milestone in the realm of the promotion of employment and signifies a strategic partnership aimed at fostering skill development and employability. NTPC Dadri aims to make a meaningful contribution to ensure a bright and prosperous future for generations to come.
